Blowing agent Compound and Masterbatch
A blowing agent is a substance which is capable of producing a cellular structure via a foaming process in a variety of materials that undergo hardening or phase transition, such as polymers, plastics, and metals. Use of Sekai's Blowing Agent can provide several benefits to injection molded plastic as followed:
- Reduction of plastic part weight
- Elimination of sink marks on injection molded
- Compatible with the host polymer
- Activate and foam at a temperature slightly below the normal processing
