Filler Compound and Masterbatch
Why do we put the Filler in plastics this is the reason:
- To improve impact strength
- To improve stiffness
- To improve hardness
Calcium Carbonate (CaCo3)
Reducing costs during extrusion, injection, blow molding, increases output, impact strength, stiffness, and also improves production conditions.
Barium sulfate (BaSo4)
Increasing the plasticity and weight of the plastic material used for sound insulation.
Talcum
Having more advantages with plastic’s strength and also when combine with the natural fibre: not only reduces water absorption, shrinkage, deformation and creep but also improve the elasticity modulus and shape retention temperature.
GlassFiber
Tensile and flexural strength, flexural modulus, and short-term temperature resistance.
GlassBubble
Improve its mobility, reduce the viscosity and internal stress of resin mixture and also reduce its weight.
